Euna Solutions, a Chicago, IL- and Toronto, Canada-based provider of purpose-built, cloud-based solutions for the public sector, acquired EqualLevel, a Rockville, MD-based provider of procurement marketplaces that create efficiencies for agencies and suppliers.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition will enhance Euna’s ability to deliver full procure-to-pay automation to public sector agencies.
Led by CEO Tom Amburgey, Euna Solutions is a provider of purpose-built, cloud-based solutions that empower administrative functions and financial operations for the public sector. It offers solutions for procurement, payments, grant management, budgeting, permitting, and special education administration that are used to increase operational efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and compliance. It works with more than 3,000 government and public sector organizations across North America.
Led by CEO Orville Bailey, EqualLevel speciliazes in cloud-based procure-to-pay management, enabling organizations to optimize spend and reduce costs, all while ensuring legal and contract compliance. The platform includes an AI-powered savings and compliance advisor, invoice automation, real-time search, supplemental funds management and a cooperative supplier network. Customers – small, medium and large – representing the Education, Local Government, Non Profits, and their trading partners use EqualLevel to optimize spending and reduce costs.
EqualLevel’s team, including its two founders, Mr. Bailey and CTO Edward Potocko, will be integrated into the Euna Solutions organization structure.
